8th & I Seated box jumps 5 x 3 Front squat 1 RM 265 (2 failed attempt @ 275) Notes: Dang. 265 went up so well, but 275 just wouldn't budge. Not a great start to the week as I was hoping for a big PR. Very frustrating.
